In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall apply throughout the entire document and any supplementary policies published by bet567:

• "bet567," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the bet567 platform, its operators, and its licensed subsidiaries responsible for operating the website at bet567.ws.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers, deposits, or otherwise uses any part of the bet567 platform.
• "Account" — the individual player account created upon successful registration on the bet567 platform.
• "Platform" — the bet567 website, mobile interface, progressive web application, and all associated services including sportsbook, casino, live dealer, and slots sections.

To register and use the bet567 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. bet567 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or claim any promotion.
2. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bet567 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
4. You must be acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial entity for the purpose of generating profit through systematic wagering or exploitation of promotional offers.

Any individual who provides false information regarding their age during registration commits fraud. bet567 will report such cases to relevant authorities, permanently close the account, and forfeit all funds held in the account without any right of recovery by the player.

Each individual may register and maintain one single bet567 account only. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. bet567 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by the player.

bet567 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, underage gambling, or violation of these Terms.

bet567 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — where the depositing payment account belongs to a person other than the registered bet567 player — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the bet567 platform:

• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• HBL bank transfer
• UBL bank transfer
• Allied Bank transfer

• USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited instantly. Bank transfers are credited within one business day subject to the sending bank's processing times. bet567 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

bet567 may request verification of your payment method at any time. Until such verification is completed, withdrawal requests may be held pending. Deposits made in error cannot be refunded once credited to a bet567 account balance.

Withdrawal requests at bet567 may only be made to a payment method that (a) is registered in the account holder's name, and (b) matches the method used for the most recent deposit, unless a specific exemption has been approved in writing by bet567 support.

Before any withdrawal is processed, bet567 may require the player to complete the full KYC verification process, including submission of a government-issued ID (CNIC or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be released until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

bet567 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of any amount where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected. During such investigations, the relevant funds will be held pending the outcome. If a withdrawal request is found to be connected to fraudulent activity, bet567 may forfeit the funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal under any circumstances. Only the real-money (non-bonus) portion of a player's balance, and bonus-derived winnings that have satisfied the wagering requirement, are eligible for withdrawal.

bet567 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is governed by its own specific terms in addition to this general clause. In the event of any conflict, the bonus-specific terms take precedence.

General bonus conditions applicable to all bet567 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering contribution percentages vary by game type. Sports bets, live casino, and slot games may contribute different percentages towards the wagering requirement as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any bonus and associated winnings not used within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from the account without notice.

All sports bets placed on the bet567 platform — including but not limited to cricket (PSL, Pakistan national fixtures, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and UFC — are subject to the following general betting rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or altered after placement except where the bet567 Cash Out feature is explicitly available and activated by the player prior to the event settling.
• bet567 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were published due to a manifest error, including but not limited to pricing errors, data feed malfunctions, or system errors.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific settlement rules. In general, cricket bets require a minimum of one completed innings for one-day and T20 formats to stand; otherwise bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, league, and market type.
• bet567 may restrict bet sizes, limit market access, or close accounts of players identified as professional gamblers or those whose betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational play, at its sole discretion.

All casino games available on the bet567 platform — including slots, live dealer baccarat, Dragon Tiger, roulette, blackjack, and specialty games — utilise a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures statistically fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited on a periodic basis.

The following rules apply to all casino game play on bet567:

• Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and dealer activity (in the case of live dealer games). bet567 does not manipulate outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the game engine will complete the round using the current game state. Winnings will be credited automatically if the outcome is in the player's favour. bet567 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• In the event of a software malfunction or technical error that renders a game result void, all bets placed in the affected round will be returned to player balances.

Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer games.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards bet567 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any part of the bet567 platform or its content.

When it ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, players are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their bet567 account.

bet567 provides the following responsible gaming controls to all registered players:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet567 and its operators, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bet567 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to internet connectivity issues, device failure, or platform downtime.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information published on the bet567 platform, including odds, statistics, or match data.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, banks, etc.).
• Any Force Majeure event beyond bet567's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.

Nothing in this clause shall limit bet567's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

bet567 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

All data transmissions between your device and the bet567 platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. bet567 employs appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

bet567 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bet567 will endeavour to provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Minor clarifications and non-material changes may be implemented without prior notice.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent effective date published at the top of this page shall be the version in force. It is your responsibility as a player to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the bet567 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment, you may close your bet567 account and withdraw any eligible real-money balance. Contact bet567 support for assistance with account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bet567's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. By registering an account, players acknowledge that the platform operates under this international licensing framework.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your bet567 account, or any transaction on the platform, you agree to first contact bet567 customer support to seek an informal resolution. bet567 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, both parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution procedures established under bet567's international gaming licence. bet567's decision on all matters related to game outcomes, account management, and bonus settlement shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable legal rights you may hold.
